It's raining stars tonight

I've been trying to take this shot time and time again ([link] and [link] just to point out few), but I never quite pulled it of. Now I finally think I did it I learned that it takes very specific kind of weather and lighting (rain or mist, sunrise or sundown) and that the depth of field should be narrow, but not too much.
